We intend to complete the audit (Mystery Shopper) through a combination of various data collection tools. Overall, a breakdown of our input in terms of time will be as follows:
•Make the round of auditees and inspect: 60% of the time
•Analysis of collected data and articulation of recommendations: 40% of the time
Once analysis of Company’s state of Services is complete, we will present our findings and recommendations in a separate meeting.

Method of Mystery Shopping is to assess the quality of service with the help of experts, acting as the buyer. Assessment is based on pre-designed criteria, in accordance with a detailed scenario of conduct of the Buyer.
The information that is gathered by mystery shoppers is used in many ways by our clients:
