HOW DOES IT WORK?

1.During the first phase of project one of our Consultants will meet with You to jointly fill out a questionnaire. During this working session we will ask specific questions regarding each position. Similar meetings will be conducted with all Survey Participants.
2.We will match your positions to the FESCO Grading System and will conduct various data manipulations in our analysis of data.
3.We will prepare a comprehensive Industry Report and will deliver it to you
4.We will meet with you to help you properly interpret the data
