In anticipation of these requests, FESCO Group has developed a highly configured bespoke database of candidates.The number of candidates in this database exceeds 15,000, a significant portion of whom are known directly by the FESCO Group team. This number increases daily.

Beyond our corporate database, FESCO Group utilises an internationally operated third party personnel database
service. New candidates, both national and international, are screened to meet both existing and future demand. All
new candidates are subjected to close scrutiny by our team using various proven resources, before being
interviewed by our team. Only those candidates who meet our stringent standards are added to our database.
This process allows FESCO Group to respond to a client request within three to five working days with quality
candidates.This service provides a high degree of privacy for both the client and candidate.
